• Oversee financial forecasting, analytics, and KPIs.
• Ensure financial reporting and compliance (ASC 606, SOX).
• Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering on cost, pricing, and investments.
• Manage a finance team and collaborate with sales on margins and forecasting.
• Drive continuous improvement and working capital initiatives.
