CFS in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Division Controller to act as the senior finance partner to the Division President, with direct exposure to strategic decision-making and responsibility for a multi-entity, international operation.

The role leads the finance function for a growing $20M PE-backed division, shaping pricing, margin improvement, growth initiatives, and investment decisions while modernizing reporting and supporting acquisition integration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading finance and accounting within a multi-entity, multi-location organization.
• Consolidations, intercompany accounting, month-end close, FP&A, and cash flow management.
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary finance business partner to the Division President, providing insight into revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and EBITDA performance.
• Own month-end close, financial reporting, consolidations, intercompany accounting, and balance sheet integrity.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and variance analysis across multiple entities and locations.
• Improve financial processes, reporting timelines, internal controls, and working capital management.
• Support acquisition integration efforts and optimize financial systems, reporting, and data analytics capabilities.
• Develop, mentor, and hold accountable the finance and accounting team.
