Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. seeks a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue, grow strategic accounts, and expand market share in the regional produce market. The role focuses on strong relationship management, demand forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize margins.

You will forecast, negotiate, and coordinate with operations to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction, while leveraging industry knowledge to identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree (Business or related field) or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years fresh produce sales experience (retailers, wholesalers, food service).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of logistics within produce industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic plans, budget, volume, and revenue objectives to meet targets.
• Forecast future demand and manage sales strategy to ensure objectives.
• Grow opportunities by building relationships with existing and new customers.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Analyze market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and volume with customers to hit sales goals.
• Oversee product allocations and processing of sales allowances.
• Manage customer orders, carriers, and daily changes.
• Conduct weekly market checks and report on profitability.
