Qualifications

• Business development, sales or account management experience.
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding or related industry preferred.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage relationships.
• Experience navigating complex sales cycles and presenting business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a territory with knowledge of customers and competitors.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline aligned with district objectives.
• Conduct regular meetings to uncover opportunities and build relationships.
• Develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Product, Service, Geo, and Knowledge Management teams.
