Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Spearheads creation of forward-looking distribution strategies based on market research and trends.
• Evaluates and enhances distribution channel strategies to increase market share.
• Identifies effective distribution channels including brokers, agents, and online platforms.
• Develops high-level strategies for channel management using data-driven insights.
• Establishes and monitors KPIs for distribution channels and reports to leadership.
• Fosters strategic partnerships with brokers/agents and potential collaborators.
• Recommends transformative technologies for distribution platforms.
• Leads integration of marketing strategies with distribution efforts.
