Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years in distribution strategy and external-facing engagement
8+ years in channel management with advanced knowledge of market dynamics
Experience partnering with brokers/agents, online platforms, and other channels to expand distribution

Responsibilities

Spearheads creation of forward-looking distribution strategies based on market research, data analysis, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Evaluates and enhances distribution channel strategies to increase market share and improve customer acquisition and retention.
Builds and maintains strategic partnerships with brokers/agents and industry influencers to expand the distribution network.
Leads integration of marketing with distribution efforts to improve channel performance and brand consistency.
Oversees regulatory compliance to align distribution activities with internal policies and industry standards.
