The Director will manage a high-performing team and be responsible for achieving financial goals while collaborating across functions to drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in experiential services.
• 3+ years managing teams, including performance management.
• Experience in P&L ownership and achieving revenue goals.
• Expertise in operational planning and KPI management.
• Experience with core business systems and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee divisional strategy, planning, and performance.
• Drive customer experience, safety, and program quality.
• Manage full-time Youth Camps & Events team.
• Lead systems and reporting practices for program delivery.
