Job summary
MITER Brands is seeking a Director of Transportation to lead the enterprise transportation strategy across inbound, outbound, and interplant logistics. You will direct carrier negotiations, private and brokerage solutions, and manage a network of 3PL partners to deliver reliable service and optimize total delivered cost.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Experience with carriers, 3PL providers, and transportation networks.
Responsibilities
- Develop regional transportation strategies and optimize network design.
- Lead carrier sourcing, contracting, and performance management.
- Negotiate freight rates and manage fuel programs and equipment maintenance.
- Establish enterprise KPIs, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
