Odyssey Logistics is seeking a Director of IT to lead our division's technology strategy, aligning systems, infrastructure, and data initiatives with business objectives and operational performance. You will define a multi-year roadmap, optimize core platforms, and position technology as a differentiator across transportation and warehousing operations.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years of IT leadership in logistics, a proven track record with TMS/enterprise systems, and strong strategic planning

Qualifications

12+ years IT leadership experience in logistics or transportation.
Proven experience leading major TMS or enterprise system implementations and aligning technology investments to business goals.
Strong strategic planning and ability to translate business objectives into technology roadmaps.
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
Oversee day-to-day IT operations, products, and support.
Develop and manage budgets for operational expenses and capital investments.
Negotiate and oversee vendor contracts; monitor performance.
Lead enterprise-wide change initiatives to improve adoption and efficiency.
