You will define a multi-year roadmap, optimize core platforms, and position technology as a differentiator across transportation and warehousing operations.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years of IT leadership in logistics, a proven track record with TMS/enterprise systems, and strong strategic planning

Qualifications

• 12+ years IT leadership experience in logistics or transportation.
• Proven experience leading major TMS or enterprise system implementations and aligning technology investments to business goals.
• Strong strategic planning and ability to translate business objectives into technology roadmaps.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, products, and support.
• Develop and manage budgets for operational expenses and capital investments.
• Negotiate and oversee vendor contracts; monitor performance.
• Lead enterprise-wide change initiatives to improve adoption and efficiency.
