Hyosung America, Inc. in Irving, TX, seeks a Director of Service Billing and Finance to lead the billing team, oversee invoicing, dispute resolution, and financial reporting on service revenue and cost.

You will drive forecasting, budgeting, and process improvements, partner with senior leaders, and ensure data accuracy and robust controls across the service organization. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and leadership skills.

Formación

• Four-year college degree required; Finance or Analytics preferred.
• 7+ years in finance analytics, operations analytics, or finance management; at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in billing data.
• Experience writing and implementing standard methods, procedures, and company policies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated proficiency managing analytically rigorous initiatives.
• Proficiency in relevant billing software and financial management systems.
• Passionate, hardworking, and well-organized professional with ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Demonstrated ability to obtain participation/partnership across multiple functional areas.
• Ability to foster close, cooperative relationships with peer leaders, service management, and operations support personnel.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct strategic, financial, and operational assessments of potential initiatives.
• Create monthly financial reports and monitor revenue trends, identify potential issues and inform financial decision making.
• Support annual and multi-year business planning activities across business units and markets.
• Support corporate strategy development and evaluation with senior business leaders.
• Coordinate service forecasting, demand planning, and budgeting processes used within the service organization.
• Develop, maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures for service billing activities.
• Investigate and analyze billing reports discrepancies or customer complaints and identify root causes and resolution.
• Automate billing processes where possible.
• Perform ongoing in-depth analysis of service financial data.
• Work with Accounting, Finance, and HR to obtain relevant data.
• Direct and support the implementation of company initiatives.
• Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with key management.
• Facilitate inter-department communications and scheduling.
