Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. seeks a Director of Service Billing and Finance to lead the billing team, oversee invoicing and collections, and ensure accurate service-revenue reporting from its Irving, TX operations.

The role entails driving strategic financial analyses, budgeting, forecasting, and working closely with senior leaders to optimize performance. A four-year degree and 7+ years in finance analytics with supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree from an accredited institution required. Finance or Analytics degree preferred.
• 7+ years in finance analytics, operations analytics, or finance management; at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure billing data accuracy.
• Experience writing and implementing standard methods, procedures, and policies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated proficiency managing analytically rigorous initiatives.
• Proficiency in billing software and financial management systems.
• Organized, hardworking professional able to prioritize and multitask.
• Ability to collaborate across functional areas and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic, financial, and operational assessments of potential initiatives.
• Create monthly financial reports and monitor revenue trends and issues.
• Support annual and multi-year business planning across units and markets.
• Support corporate strategy development with senior leaders.
• Coordinate forecasting, demand planning, and budgeting processes; ensure accuracy.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for service billing activities.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and drive root-cause resolution.
• Automate billing processes where possible.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and HR to obtain data.
