Job summary

Weichert, Realtors is seeking a Director of Relocation and Broker Network to lead the relocation referral and broker network programs from the corporate office in New Jersey. This role aligns referrals, agent performance, service standards and training to deliver a consistent client experience and measurable business growth across markets.

The Director oversees the incoming and outgoing relocation referrals, coaches coordinators, and drives broker network performance with relocation companies

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of real estate and/or relocation experience
• Prior relocation leadership experience preferred
• Experience coordinating broker networks and referral programs

Responsibilities

• Leads relocation referrals and broker network operations
• Ensures training and performance of agents in relocation programs
• Manages broker relationships and program growth across markets
• Collaborates with internal leadership to align service delivery with client needs
