Job summary

Weichert Companies is seeking a Director, Relocation and Broker Network in New Jersey. You will lead relocation referrals, agent training, and broker network operations to deliver consistent client experience and growth.

The role partners with internal leadership and external brokers to optimize conversion and service levels. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in real estate/relocation, an active real estate license, and CRP/SCRP designation preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Active real estate license in good standing required.
• CRP or SCRP designation preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee relocation and broker network operations and set program performance standards.
• Coach and train referral coordinators and agents to meet service levels and conversion targets.
• Develop relationships with relocation management companies and brokers to expand referrals.
• Lead the broker network, ensuring accreditation, training, and performance monitoring.
