Job summary

The Girls’ Network is seeking a strategic Head of Programmes & Impact to lead our mentoring, workshop and ambassador programmes, ensuring high‑quality, inclusive delivery for girls and young women across the UK. You will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team, shaping strategy and translating it into measurable outcomes.

You’ll manage a dispersed Programme team, drive safeguarding practice, and use evidence to continuously improve our interventions, ensuring equity, inclusion and meaningful

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in designing and delivering high‑quality programmes.
• Experience translating strategy into programme delivery with clear priorities.
• Proven ability to manage dispersed teams and drive impact.
• Strong collaboration with executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion and safeguarding in programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop five Programme team members and oversee mentor journeys.
• Translate strategy into an effective programme delivery plan.
• Oversee budgeting, data, evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are embedded across programmes.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders to align funding and impact.
