• Lead governance processes and provide policy analysis and research support.

Responsibilities

• Lead policy development and implementation across Vermont's Agency of Human Services.
• Engage extensive stakeholders including governor's office staff, legislators, agency leadership, and external partners.
• Represent the Secretary at meetings and on statewide councils.
• Provide strategic direction aligned with Agency, Legislative, and Gubernatorial goals.
