Qualifications

• Doctoral or Master’s degree in a relevant field with substantial public health data expertise.
• 3+ years in professional public health program work involving statistical analysis, including supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for data activities, collection, analysis, reporting, and governance.
• Direct informatics programs, public health registries, vital records, and evaluation functions.
• Represent the Department in legislative testimony and media engagements on data matters.
• Lead a large team of professionals and maintain data privacy and governance standards.
