Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, project management, or related field.
10+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or practice leadership.
5+ years of experience managing project managers, business analysts, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

Lead and mature the IT project management and business analysis standards across the organization.
Manage and develop Business Analysts, Project Managers, and related project resources to ensure high performance.
Partner with IT leadership, functional leaders, and vendor partners to support portfolio planning, project execution, and reporting.
Oversee demand management, project lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement to align projects with institutional priorities.
Develop executive dashboards, portfolio summaries, and leadership reports to provide visibility into project health, risks, and ROI.
