Herzing University is seeking a Director of IT, Business Analysis & Project Management to lead its BA and PM practices and mature the demand management process. This role reports to IT leadership and partners with AI, BI, and external vendors to ensure aligned portfolio execution.

The candidate will manage teams of Business Analysts and Project Managers, drive adoption of standardized processes, and deliver executive-ready insights on demand, capacity, and ROI across complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, project management, or related field.
• 10+ years leading PM and BA practices; 5+ years of people leadership.
• Experience with demand management, portfolio planning, and executive reporting.
• Experience in governed environments with risk and compliance focus.

Responsabilités

• Define and mature IT PM and BA standards across the portfolio.
• Lead and coach BAs and PMs; manage performance and priorities.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to align schedules and deliverables.
• Ensure lifecycle per gates; oversee risk, scope, and resources.
• Develop executive dashboards and portfolio summaries.
