Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of project, program, transformation, or related leadership experience.
- Experience leading multiple concurrent software development lifecycle (SDLC) projects using waterfall, iterative, and agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience within life insurance, annuities, financial services, or a related industry.
- PMP certification is required.

- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across the organization, including integrated project and program plans with scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, resources, dependencies, and success measures.
