Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Project Manager in Milwaukee, WI to join the PMO and drive enterprise application initiatives. You will coordinate multiple projects, manage risks, and report status across 5+ concurrent efforts.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, transition knowledge from current managers, and ensure on-time, in-scope deliveries of SaaS, ERP, CRM and related systems. This role offers a 6-month engagement with potential extension.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing enterprise application projects with stakeholder engagement.
Strong risk and issue management using PMO methodologies and project governance.
Experience supporting SaaS, ERP, CRM, and business system initiatives.
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate multiple enterprise application projects within the centralized PMO.
Transition knowledge from current project managers and assume ownership of active initiatives.
Manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and status reporting for 5+ concurrent projects.
Oversee enterprise application deliveries supporting SaaS, ERP, CRM, and other business systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope.
