Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a strategic and operationally focused Director, Client Coding Integrations to lead physician coding integration initiatives for new and existing healthcare clients. This role partners with Coding Operations, Revenue Cycle, Client Services, Technology, Implementation, and leadership to ensure seamless coding transitions and long-term success.

Qualifications

7+ years in healthcare coding, physician billing, revenue cycle, or health information management.
3+ years in leadership, consulting, project management, or implementation.
Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and E/M coding; proficient in payer guidelines.

Responsibilities

Lead coding integration activities for physician billing clients during onboarding, acquisitions, conversions, and transitions.
Act as the SME for coding during implementation and transition efforts.
Develop post-integration action plans with leaders to support quality, productivity, compliance, and financial performance.
Oversee training, communication, workflow design, and stakeholder engagement during integrations.
Monitor coding quality, productivity, audits, and performance metrics.
