Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks a strategic Director, Client Coding Integrations to lead physician coding integration initiatives for new and existing healthcare clients. You will align Coding Operations, Revenue Cycle, Client Services, Technology, and Implementation to ensure seamless coding transitions and ongoing success.

Requires deep expertise in professional coding, revenue cycle operations, and coding compliance; leadership, client management, and collaboration with multiple departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive healthcare coding, physician billing, revenue cycle, or health information management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership, consulting, project management, or implementation experience.
• Extensive knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, E/M coding, and professional fee billing.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, regulatory requirements, and payer guidelines.
• Ability to work onsite approximately 50% of the time in Indiana.
• AI Knowledge: openness to innovation including AI to improve processes and experiences.
• Management to Director AI: advanced AI usage and leading teams using AI for improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead coding integration activities for physician billing clients during onboarding, acquisitions, conversions, and transitions.
• Provide expertise related to ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, documentation requirements, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Analyze coding-related trends, denials, edits, and revenue cycle performance to identify root causes and solutions.
• Build trusted partnerships with physicians, operational leaders, coding teams, compliance, and client stakeholders; present updates and recommendations to leadership.
