Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive healthcare coding or revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum 3 years in leadership, consulting, project management, or implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead coding integration activities for physician billing clients during onboarding, acquisitions, or conversions.
• Assess existing coding workflows and design standardization.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Revenue Integrity, and Provider Education to support accuracy and compliance.
• Support automation, reporting, and technology implementations to improve coding performance.
