Job summary

The Wright Center for Community Health in Scranton, PA seeks a Pharmacy Financial Operations Director to oversee reimbursement reconciliation, reporting, and vaccine program administration for the Pharmacy and vaccine programs (VaxCare). This role coordinates with Pharmacy Operations, Finance, Revenue Cycle, and third-party payers to ensure accurate reimbursement and robust financial controls.

The Director focuses on pharmacy reimbursement analysis, AR monitoring, and development of dashboards.

Qualifications

Minimum two years of experience in healthcare billing, pharmacy finance, revenue cycle, or related financial operations.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.
Ability to research payment discrepancies and improve processes.
Excellent Excel and data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Reconcile billing transactions for retail in-house, specialty, and contract pharmacy services.
Reconcile third-party remittances, EFTs, and payments to dispensing records.
Monitor AR aging and investigate outstanding reimbursement balances.
Generate financial, reimbursement, utilization, and performance reports from systems.
Support 340B program administration and vaccine billing workflows.
Collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Finance, Revenue Cycle, and vendors.
