Job summary

Piedmont Henry Hospital is seeking a Perioperative Services Administrator to oversee all Perioperative areas on a 24/7 basis. You will lead administrative functions, develop policies and quality programs, and manage the division’s capital and operating budgets to ensure safe, efficient patient care.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field, with at least 5 years of leadership experience and Georgia RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field required.
• Master’s degree in nursing or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with 3 years in progressive management/leadership.
• Georgia RN licensure required (or NLC/eNLC multistate license)

Responsibilities

• Oversee all perioperative services on a 24/7 basis including Pre-Procedure Testing, Pre-Op, Main OR, Ambulatory and Minor Surgery, PACU, GI Lab, Sterile Processing and Central Service.
• Develop policies, procedures and quality improvement programs; manage capital and operating budgets for the division.
• Ensure staffing, interviews, promotions, staff development, performance evaluations, and employee morale.
