Job summary

Piedmont Walton Hospital in Georgia is seeking an experienced nurse leader to manage perioperative services and support the surgical team. You will oversee administrative and operational activities, ensure clinical excellence, and promote a patient- and family-centered culture.

This role requires RN licensure in Georgia, a bachelor's degree, and at least three years of hospital nursing experience with leadership. Strong collaboration, budget management and staff development are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing. Required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting; at least 1 year in leadership.
• RN Georgia licensure and/or multistate licensure upon hire.
• BCLS certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative and operational duties for assigned departments.
• Manage cost, finance, HR, operations and quality outcomes.
• Support staff satisfaction and patient/family centered service.
• Participate in succession planning and leadership development.
• Assist in staffing to provide clinical care for adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
