Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking an Associate Director, Oracle Applications to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity and requires deep Oracle FCCS/EPM expertise and strong leadership.

You will drive the strategy, oversee integrations across Oracle modules, and partner with stakeholders to deliver programs on time and within budget while upholding KPMG's standards of integrity, professionalism, and excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with Oracle FCCS/EPM focusing on financial close and consolidation.
• Bachelor's degree required; Oracle certifications preferred.
• Strong accounting and finance background; professional services experience preferred.
• Hands-on Oracle Cloud design, config, integration and deployment.
• Experience across Planning, ARCS, PCMCS, EDMCS; knowledge of EPM tools and reporting.
• Proven leadership of complex technology projects with stakeholder and timelines management.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy for Oracle FCCS and EPM applications.
• Lead program implementation, team engagement, continuous improvement.
• Oversee integrations between Oracle modules.
• Articulate business value to stakeholders; govern initiative requests.
• Optimize delivery performance and cost through resourcing and automation.
• Collaborate with delivery partners to set tactical plans and manage budgets and risks.
