Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Manager to lead CPM consulting engagements, guiding end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations from design to deployment. You will manage client relationships, scope, and budgets while mentoring staff and ensuring delivery excellence.

The role requires hands-on experience with FCCS, PBCS, ARCS, NSPB, or Hyperion, plus strong budgeting and GAAP knowledge. Travel up to 25% and collaboration with cross-functional teams are expected.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Business Management or related.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM tools (FCCS, PBCS, ARCS, NSPB, or Hyperion).
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, financial reporting, close management, and US GAAP.
• Ability to read and write Essbase and/or Groovy.
• Proven project and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client delivery activities within assigned accounts and take ownership of overall project success.
• Conduct training sessions, design walk-throughs, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop and present design documents based on client requirements and manage implementation design.
• Provide best practice recommendations and enhancements to clients.
• Manage project scope, tasks, deadlines, and budgets while coordinating with project teams.
• Support staffing on projects to ensure proper balance of work across levels.
• Invest in talent through development opportunities and constructive feedback.
• Network internally to promote the practice and service offerings.
