Job summary

Korn Ferry Group seeks a senior Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP specialist to work with enterprise architecture teams in the US, ensuring secure, scalable solutions aligned with business needs and FP&A cycles. The role involves monitoring performance, running LCM migrations, and maintaining EPM automation.

In addition, you’ll manage backups, SS0 and authentication configurations, coordinate monthly EPM Cloud updates, and troubleshoot complex issues with Oracle Support.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of progressive experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Experience contributing to technology and architecture decisions within a project or program.
• Monitor system performance, scheduled jobs, and platform health, and fix issues before FP&A cycles.
• Maintain and improve EPM Automate scripts and automation for recurring jobs, environment refreshes, and maintenance tasks.
• Run Lifecycle Management (LCM) migrations across DEV, TEST, and PROD according to change management procedures.
• Manage backups and recovery procedures, and maintain SSO and authentication configuration.
• Coordinate Oracle's monthly EPM Cloud updates, including impact reviews and regression testing.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and work with Oracle Support on service requests.
• Experience with integrations between EPM and Oracle Cloud ERP or other source systems, including through Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or REST APIs.
• Familiarity with the Media & Entertainment industry, especially Affiliate Subscribers & Revenues.
