Job summary

National Association of Independent Schools seeks a Director, Online Learning & Digital Engagement to lead NAIS's online learning portfolio. You will set strategy for asynchronous courses, webinars, and communities, and oversee instructional design, production, and facilitation of live events.

You will shape the roadmap, evaluate efficacy with data, and drive growth while partnering across finance, marketing, and membership to align analytics with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience setting strategy for an online learning portfolio or digital program.
• Proven ability to design and develop online courses, preferably asynchronous.
• Experience using data analytics to evaluate program performance and drive decisions.
• Experience facilitating live virtual sessions for adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the multi-year strategy and roadmap for NAIS's online learning portfolio.
• Lead instructional design, digital production, and facilitation of synchronous course events.
• Own data and analytics, build dashboards and report on enrollment, engagement, and revenue.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, and membership to align analytics with organizational reporting.
• Manage platform and learning experience management to ensure accessible, effective courses.
