Job summary

Office of Management and Enterprise Services in Oklahoma is seeking a Director of Enterprise Governance to lead enterprise technology governance and coordinated service delivery across state government. This role builds frameworks, standards, processes, and performance metrics to ensure audit readiness and value from technology investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/IS/CS or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT governance, enterprise architecture, ITSM or related areas.
• Experience managing technology programs and leading cross‑functional initiatives.
• Leadership or supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture initiatives aligning systems, data, apps and infra with statewide needs.
• Establish architecture standards for interoperability, scalability, and integration across agencies.
• Oversee ITSM practices and the ServiceNow platform to improve service delivery.
• Promote process automation and better user experiences for agencies and users.
• Oversee configuration management to maintain accurate inventory of assets.
• Develop governance metrics and reporting for cost, risk, and performance.
• Drive quality and accessibility standards for digital products and services.
• Lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning for OMES systems.

Education

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
