Job summary

The University of Oklahoma is seeking a Director of Digital Experience Enablement within OU Information Technology. This role leads enterprise services that ensure secure, reliable digital experiences across Norman, OKC, Tulsa, and online campuses, including identity access and asset management.

Reporting to the CIO, the director drives automation, budgets, vendor relations, and cross-campus collaboration to support teaching, research, and clinical care with a seamless digital experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 48 months experience in leading and managing technical services and personnel and strategic planning.
• Equivalency may substitute 48 months of experience for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for enterprise services enabling secure, reliable digital experiences.
• Oversee identity and access enablement, endpoint enablement, IT asset management and lifecycle, and service assurance.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams across multiple campuses and modalities.
