This role partners with Operations and Executive Leadership to provide insights and ensure accurate GAAP-compliant financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have CPA, 7+ years of accounting experience, and strong leadership skills to drive process improvements and audit readiness across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• CPA license required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Accounting Business Partners responsible for financial and managerial reporting.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for the company.
• Review and approve journal entries and workpapers; drive close process improvements.
• Provide financial insights and strategic guidance to operations and leadership.
• Oversee external audits and ensure GAAP compliance and disclosures.
