Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly US GAAP close and internal reporting for assigned regions.
• Enhance interaction with accounting operations in assigned regions.
• Manage capital reporting and cash-management interfaces with general ledger.
• Support external reporting, audits, and quarterly reviews.
• Evaluate accounting ops for efficiency and implement improvements.
• Support M&A accounting integration and due diligence.
• Oversee internal audit activities and supervise staff.
• Manage projects and other duties as assigned.
