Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Director of Program Management in Neuroscience to lead the development of Integrated Development Strategy and Target Product Profile for assigned assets, partnering with the Global Program Lead to deliver strategic plans.

You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee risk, budget, and governance, and drive portfolio decisions across indications, therapeutic areas, and geographies.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences or related field; PMP certification desirable.
• 12+ years in industry with 10+ years in drug development program/project management.
• Experience across multiple therapy areas and global regulatory submissions (IND/CTA through NDA/BLA/MAA).
• Proven ability to lead matrix teams and engage senior governance bodies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Program Lead to shape IDP and TPP for assets.
• Lead cross-functional teams to maintain integrated timelines and risk plans.
• Manage risk and escalate high-probability/high-impact risks.
• Monitor budget and resource health for assets/indications.
• Contribute to GPT annual objectives and portfolio planning.
• Serve as PM SME in governance discussions with leadership.
• Foster cross-functional thinking to guide portfolio strategy.
