Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Director Global Clinical Development, Neuroscience to lead clinical development plans and teams for neurodegenerative and/or neuropsychiatric indications. The role emphasizes regulatory submissions, trial design, and strategic leadership across asset lifecycles.

The Neuroscience Clinical Development function drives strategy and execution to select promising drug candidates, with collaboration across global teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in clinical research and development.
• Extensive experience in clinical trial design, development strategy, and regulatory submissions.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical discovery, development and commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical point of accountability for the clinical development plan for assets in one or more indications.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams and ensure studies meet regulatory, quality, medical, and access goals.
• Act as primary clinical representative in regulatory interactions and contribute to CSRs and regulatory submissions.
