Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five years of professional HR experience, at least three in labor relations, including collective bargaining, meet-and-confer, grievance administration, labor-management relations, and governance of CBAs; three years supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead Labor & Employee Relations across the Department.
• Develop labor strategy and represent DPH in citywide collective bargaining.
• Lead negotiations and meet-and-confer processes; administer CBAs.
• Guide labor-management relations and create high-performing LR across DPH.
• Coordinate with CHRO and executives to address workforce issues.
