Clarkson College in Omaha, Nebraska, seeks a Director of Graduate Nursing Programs to provide strategic and operational leadership for the MSN and DNP programs. The role ensures academic quality, faculty excellence, student success, and program growth while complying with accreditation standards.

As part of Academic Affairs, the Director collaborates across units to advance institutional priorities, drive innovation, and support graduates for advanced nursing practice and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Earned doctoral degree required (DNP, PhD, EdD, DHA, or related field).
• State licensure in Nebraska or a compact state required.
• Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in nursing, healthcare, higher education, or related field.
• Experience leading teams, managing budgets, and achieving organizational goals.
• Ability to build partnerships, influence stakeholders, and lead organizational change.
• Strong understanding of graduate nursing education, healthcare workforce needs, and professional nursing standards.
