Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in corporate governance, executive compensation, shareholder engagement or related strategic communications.
• Exceptional writing skills and ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
• Familiarity with reporting frameworks (TCFD, ISSB, SASB, GRI, TNFD).

Responsibilities

• Lead development of governance communications and investor-facing narratives.
• Counsel clients through contested or high-risk governance situations and shareholder engagements.
• Serve as a senior client advisor on governance and investor relations, preparing materials and Q&A.
• Provide counsel on executive compensation matters and incentive program design.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to thought leadership and business development.
• Support corporate sustainability reporting, interviewing stakeholders and narrative development with the Design team.
