Amazon is seeking a Manager of Governance Communications to lead how we communicate about governance activities, including public filings (shareholder letter, proxy, and other filings), the annual shareholder meeting, and the broader work of Amazon’s Legal organization. You’ll bring a solid grounding in corporate communications, along with strong financial and business acumen.

Competenze

• 7+ years of professional communications or public relations experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with regulatory filings and reports or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Own the governance communications strategy end to end.
• Shape public-facing materials and manage media inquiries.
• Lead communications for annual regulatory filings including proxy and shareholder letter.
• Plan and run the annual shareholder meeting; coordinate with executives and media.
• Manage external speaking engagements for the Legal team.
• Partner with Financial Communications on earnings filings.
• Stay curious about AI and bring knowledge of AI tools to your work.
