Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Outstanding qualitative, technical and analytical skills (PowerPoint/Word/Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Aptitude to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Robust organizational and time management skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Execute client engagements for shareholder advisory governance work.
• Support client teams with presentations, press releases and investor materials.
• Assist in preparing management/investor materials for investor topics including governance issues.
• Advise senior executives on governance and investor topics.
• Support business development and identify new opportunities.
• Develop prep materials for pitch meetings.
• Create materials on market developments for clients and prospects.
