Job summary

Stonebridge in Denver, CO seeks a Corporate Director of Food & Beverage to lead the strategic vision and operations of all F&B programs across the portfolio. You will drive performance, ensure brand standards, and guide property-level leaders to deliver consistent guest experiences.

This role requires extensive multi-property leadership, strong financial stewardship, and the ability to travel to properties to oversee operations, training, and program rollouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field; advanced credentials preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in progressive F&B leadership, with 3+ years multi-property or corporate experience.
• Proven record leading diverse F&B operations across brands and regions.
• Strong financial acumen to develop budgets and drive profitability.
• Expertise in health, safety, sanitation, and labor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic vision and operational excellence for all F&B programs across Stonebridge portfolio.
• Collaborate with property-level F&B leaders to elevate performance, guest satisfaction, and financial results.
• Assist rollout of company-wide F&B initiatives, including menu programs and beverage standards.
• Provide ongoing guidance and site visits, performance reviews, and best practice sharing.
• Monitor and analyze F&B KPIs; identify opportunities for improvement and implement actions.
• Contribute to development of training tools to support leadership growth at property level.
• Partner with procurement and culinary teams to ensure sourcing quality and cost efficiency across outlets.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and assist in onboarding processes.
• Assist with new hotel openings, F&B transitions, and renovations aligning with brand expectations.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regional market dynamics.
