Job summary

Dreamscape Hospitality seeks a Corporate Director of Food & Beverage to lead F&B strategy, portfolio-wide financial oversight, and menu/beverage development across locations. This leadership role drives guest satisfaction, brand standards, and operational excellence in a complex, multi-property environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 8–12 years of progressive food and beverage management experience with significant leadership responsibility.
• Minimum of 3–5 years in a senior leadership, director-level, or multi-unit role preferred.
• Experience overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets, properties, or business units.
• Proven track record of improving revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s overall F&B strategy, operating standards, and long-term business plans.
• Establish operating procedures, service standards, and brand guidelines across all properties.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with executive leadership on budgets, objectives, capital plans, and performance targets.
• Lead senior F&B leaders to achieve corporate goals.
• Oversee financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and KPI analysis.
• Direct menu development, beverage programs, cost controls, and menu profitability.
