Concentra, Inc., based in Addison, TX, seeks a Senior Director of Financial Reporting to lead the presentation of our financial information in SEC filings and related disclosures.

The role oversees consolidation, policy development, and audit readiness, partnering with CAO and Controller to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all external statements. This senior position requires strong leadership, deep technical accounting knowledge, and ability to manage a team of professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university.
• Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
• 10–15 years of progressively responsible experience in SEC financial reporting for public filers, technical accounting, or related roles.
• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, and Workiva strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversees consolidation and financial reporting for external statements including SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, proxy).
• Addresses comments from stakeholders and ensures timely filings using Workiva.
• Monitors SEC/FASB developments and proposes new disclosures.
• Prepares routine and ad hoc internal financial analysis and Audit Committee materials.
• Collaborates with CAO, Controller, and Assistant Controller to develop financial statements.
• Supports impairment testing of goodwill and intangibles.
• Assists with adoption of new accounting standards and internal controls over financial reporting.
• Provides leadership and mentoring to the Financial Reporting team.
