Job summary

Concentra, Inc in Addison, TX seeks a Senior Director of Financial Reporting to oversee the complete and accurate presentation of financial information in SEC filings, including 10-K and 10-Q filings. You will lead a team responsible for disclosures, equity/debt transactions, and control narratives.

The role requires 10–15 years of progressive SEC reporting experience, CPA licensure, and strong leadership in a corporate accounting function of a public company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university.
• Active CPA license required.
• 10–15 years of progressively responsible experience in SEC financial reporting for public filers, technical accounting, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversees consolidation and financial reporting for external reporting including SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, proxy, offerings).
• Drafts disclosures, reviews workpapers, and ensures readiness for audit.
• Leverages Workiva to review filings and ensure timely filing.
• Monitors SEC/FASB developments and proposes disclosures.
• Prepares internal financial analysis and quarterly Audit Committee materials.
• Collaborates with CAO/Controller to develop financial statements and promote audit readiness.
• Oversees impairment testing and significant accounting areas in financial statements.
• Ensures internal controls over financial reporting and updates accounting policies.
• Provides SOX compliance oversight for internal controls.
