Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Director of Event Services in Albuquerque to lead strategy, planning, and execution of event services across meetings, conferences, conventions, and special programs. This executive role collaborates with clients, internal teams, and vendors to deliver exceptional experiences and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree with minimum of three years’ industry experience; at least one year in management at a convention center, theatre or similar property.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement event service strategies aligned with organizational objectives and client expectations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Event Services team, fostering excellence and collaboration.
• Oversee event planning and execution from concept to post-event evaluation.
• Manage client consultations, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure safety and compliance standards.
• Track KPIs, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement.
