• Bachelors degree with at least 3 years in management at convention center or similar property.
• Experience in event services leadership and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement event service strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead and mentor the Event Services team, promoting excellence and accountability.
• Oversee all phases of event planning, logistics, budgeting, and execution.
• Maintain strong client relationships, vendor partnerships, and stakeholder communication.
