Qualifications
- 10+ years of direct experience in IT infrastructure and network engineering.
- Experience with tier 3 technical support.
- Microsoft Certified IT Professional Certification.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates on the development of ISM procedures.
- Manages system administration of network operations.
- Provides tier 3 support to the University ecosystem.
- Maintains servers, routers, and switches.
- Monitors systems performance.
- Manages internal ISM support staff.
