Job summary

Trinseo LLC in Wayne, PA, seeks an IT Director, Enterprise Applications & Architecture to shape enterprise technology, build partnerships with senior business leaders, and deliver scalable, secure solutions.

You will lead Enterprise Applications, oversee SAP ECC and S/4HANA, drive modernization, governance, and reliable operations while guiding Data & Analytics and BI. A strong track record in ERP transformations and global teams is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive technology leadership in enterprise applications, architecture, or related digital capabilities.
Experience leading SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments in global manufacturing.
Experience with large-scale ERP transformation and modernization.
Executive oversight of Data & Analytics, including platforms, reporting, and governance.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, finance, HR processes.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a global enterprise technology and applications strategy.
Lead governance and optimization of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and integrated systems.
Own the application lifecycle and multiyear roadmap, driving modernization and value.
Provide strategic direction for BI & Analytics capabilities and data governance.
Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments.
Build and develop a globally distributed Enterprise Applications and Data & Analytics team.
