Job summary

Randstad USA seeks a Director of Enterprise Applications & Analytics to provide strategic leadership for ERP, CRM, HCM, BI and analytics platforms, driving unified data strategy and data-driven decision making across the enterprise.

You will partner with executives to align technology investments with business goals, lead M&A integration efforts, oversee vendor management, security and governance, and build high-performing teams delivering scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years in enterprise applications, business systems, and analytics.
• 5+ years leading technical teams and large-scale programs.
• Experience implementing ERP/CRM/BI and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic technology roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee evaluation, implementation, and lifecycle management of ERP, CRM, HCM, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing.
• Establish standards for integration, security, governance, and architecture.
• Manage vendors, licensing, contracts, and SLAs.
• Lead data strategy, warehousing, BI, and reporting capabilities (dashboards, self-service analytics).
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
• Enforce data governance, quality, and stewardship while leveraging advanced analytics.
• Conduct IT due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships.
• Design and execute integration roadmaps, data migrations, master data harmonization, and ERP consolidations.
